Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are following strict guidelines for in-office patients in order to minimize the number of people in the office and to decrease risk to our patients and employees.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are following strict guidelines for in-office patients in order to minimize the number of people in the office and to decrease risk to our patients and employees.

  • All parents and patients (2 years old or older) are required to wear masks.
  • Only the patient and one parent may attend the appointment.
  • Please do not come to the appointment if ANYONE IN THE FAMILY has a fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, vomiting or diarrhea or any other sick symptoms.
  • Please do not come to the appointment if ANYONE IN THE FAMILY has known exposure to COVID-19, is awaiting COVID-19 test results or has been advised to self-quarantine.
